Payment & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused and undamaged items in original packaging. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in resaleable condition and include all original parts, manuals, and packaging materials.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for large furniture items or opened products.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of return approval and inspection.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Email photos and your order number to info@solupa.shop . We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue and item availability.
